This is my 4th year at Otto and 9th year teaching. Prior to being in Texas, I taught and coached in the state of Kansas. Keeping in mind that every student is an individual person, and each one has their own learning style, it is important for me to be able to adjust my instructional methods in order to better fit the needs and development of each individual students. One size does not fit all, and flexibility will be my watchword.
