Devra Dato-on
Assistant Choir Director
Ms. Dato-on has been teaching choir at Otto Middle School since Fall 2023. She has been teaching music since 2008 as a private lessons teacher. From 2008 to 2013, she was a class piano instructor at the Salvation Army Plano Corps School of Performing Arts. Ms. Dato-on has also worked as a professional accompanist, and since 2018 has collaborated with directors and students in Plano, Garland, Lovejoy, McKinney, Richardson, and Wylie ISDs. Ms. Dato-on graduated from Judson College in 2011 with a double major in Music and English. She earned her Master of Arts in Music Education from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2013. She is a member of MTNA and TMEA.
