My goal is to provide healthcare for students and to enhance health promotion and disease prevention on campus. Students with medical conditions need to inform the School Nurse and provide the Action Plan or Care Plan to ensure continuous care or accommodations at school. All medications must be brought to the school clinic by parents or legal guardian with a written medication consent form. Emergency Contact Information on the PISD Skyward parent portal must be updated upon any change. Students must comply with the immunization requirements for attendance and enrollment.
