Welcome to Otto!!
I am excited to be back for another amazing year!
My name is Amy Amundson, and I will be teaching 6th-grade Resource Math this year, as well as providing inclusion support in various classrooms. In addition, I will serve as a Special Education Case Manager for a select group of students.
It is my mission to EMPOWER all students to achieve success, become lifelong learners, and make a positive contribution to their community.
I graduated from Plano East Senior High and attended Texas Tech University, where I earned a BBA in Accounting. I am blessed with two wonderful children who both graduated from Plano schools. Teaching is my second career—I discovered my passion for education after coaching my children’s soccer teams, teaching Sunday school classes, and volunteering in their classrooms. Since then, I have been fortunate to teach exclusively in Plano schools.
I look forward to welcoming both new and returning students and to getting to know each of you this year.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy reading, baking, traveling, and spending time with my family.

Any other times are by appointment
For morning tutorials students MUST have a tutorial pass. They may provide a written note from a parent or request a tutorial pass prior to Thursday morning.

· You can review many of the digital instructional materials used in class directly through your student's digital webdesk. If you'd like to review additional materials or tests after they've been administered, please contact me.
